Total Asset Management Services & Systems

TAMS Asset Services provides business, planning, and systems expertise to local and state government agencies for effective management of public infrastructure assets.

The range of service lines offered includes long-term business and asset management plans,  financial planning, risk management, performance auditing and provision of the OpenTAMS®  software.

Our role is to help implement industry guidelines such as NOW Best Practice Management for Water Supply and Sewerage, NSW Treasury Total Asset Management (TAM) policies, the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IMMM) and DLG Integrated Planning and Reporting.

The TAMS website provides valuable information and explanations, links to other relevant websites, and navigation to other resources relevant to best practice asset management.
