Background

Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation (RGDC), a State Government Agency within Department of Regional New South Wales, engaged NSW Public Works to facilitate the acquisition of private and government owned land to deliver the Parkes Special Activation Precinct.

Our role

NSWPW provided services, from early negotiations to acquisition, demonstrating expertise in property and land acquisition. The team's collaboration with Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation was pivotal in navigating the complexities of the acquisition process.
