About

ESC and the RFS received funding for an upgraded RFS Station in Moruya.

Council sought to acquire a suitable site for a co-located Emergency Services Centre, including the new RFS Station, State Emergency Services, and Fire & Rescue NSW facility. NSW Public Works worked with our spatial survey team and land property team to identify nine potential sites for the emergency services station, using a defined set of site requirements.

A comprehensive multi-criteria analysis of each site was conducted to determine the most suitable location, ensuring the new station would enhance emergency response capabilities and safety for the Moruya community.
