NSW Public Works provided the project management of the planning, tendering, risk management and contract administration phases of the construction of the office fit-out of Level 4 Jessie Street Centre.

The new office fit out on one floor of 2650m2 for eHealth comprises of an open plan office with workstations, enclosed rooms including meeting, quiet, huddle, phone booth, with a breakout area and collaborative spaces with a comms room to house IT equipment.  A noted highlight of the fit-out was the painting and installation of designer furniture, fabrics, finishes and decals.

Variations were kept to a minimum and the project was completed and handed over on program. eHealth have now taken occupation.
