Public Works provided procurement delivery, risk management and local engagement services as part of the NSW Government’s Regional Housing Package, delivering modular accommodation for health workers across two regions. We led the procurement process using flexible and regionally appropriate models that balanced cost, risk, and delivery outcomes. In the Hunter New England area, 44 units were delivered across 12 sites using offsite construction to accelerate timelines. In the Riverina Western region, a cost‑optimised strategy delivered 20 units across eight sites.
