Services: Technical and strategic floodplain risk management advice, review of technical documents.
NSW Public Works (NSWPW) provided strategic floodplain risk management advice for new FRNSW facilities.
Services included site inspections, technical document reviews, and evaluation of flood impact assessments and mitigation plans by consultants.
NSWPW assessed local flood risks, reviewed Council planning instruments and provided recommendations aligned with the NSW Flood Risk Management Manual.
The team also prepared scopes of work, advised on mitigation options, and ensured adherence to best practice guidelines.
