Key deliverables included:
- Flood Impact and Risk Assessment (FIRA): assessed pre and post-development flood scenarios to ensure compliance with updated data and best practice guidelines.
- Stormwater management plan: evaluated the adequacy of proposed stormwater infrastructure, including detention tanks and bioretention basins, to manage runoff effectively.
- Flood evacuation plan: reviewed the proposed evacuation strategy to ensure it addressed flood risk and community safety requirements.
