Sydney Wilton Public School
The project involved the construction of a new single storey educational development, comprising of 10 classrooms including three classrooms for special needs students, associated internal flexible learning common areas, outdoor learning spaces and grassed amphitheatre.
The project was limited to construction methodology within a bushfire and mine subsidence zone. Classrooms were sited as pavilions around a generous central space, designed to become the social and educational focus for students and teachers and supports a variety of different learning modes and environments.
